A key role within our team is that of Associate - Clinical Pharmacist. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

The responsibilities of this position include conducting medication reviews and assessments to ensure appropriate pharmacotherapy for patients. Strong communication skills are essential for providing drug information and education to patients and healthcare staff.

We are looking for a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree holder with active pharmacy license in the practicing state. Previous experience in a clinical pharmacy setting is preferred.

Key qualifications include strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and medication management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
