">We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Test Assurance Manager for our electronics and embedded systems division. This individual will be responsible for spearheading the quality assurance process, ensuring that our hardware and firmware products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
">The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electronics and embedded systems, combined with exceptional leadership skills to plan, execute, and manage end-to-end QA activities.
">Main Responsibilities:
">Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and validation procedures aligned with product requirements.
">Define QA processes, methodologies, and best practices for embedded hardware and firmware testing.
">Establish quality metrics and reporting mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement.
">Lead setup and management of testing infrastructure including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMMs), programmable loads, current measurement instruments, power supplies etc.
">Define and conduct functional, regression, stress, and reliability testing on hardware and firmware.
">Drive automation of test processes wherever possible.
">Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and product engineering teams to understand design specifications and translate them into test requirements.
">Lead and mentor QA engineers in test execution, troubleshooting, and documentation.
">Act as the quality advocate ensuring products meet reliability and performance standards before release.
">Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and collaborate with design teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
">Strong knowledge of electronics testing tools: oscilloscopes, DMMs, power analyzers, electronic loads, etc.
">Familiarity with firmware and hardware design principles (MCUs, sensors, communication protocols like UART, I2C, SPI, MQTT).
">Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
">Ability to set up and maintain test infrastructure for embedded hardware validation.
">Hands-on knowledge of debugging embedded systems using tools like logic analyzers, JTAG/SWD debuggers, tracing tools or protocol analyzers.
">Exposure to test automation for hardware/firmware validation (Python/Embedded test frameworks mandatory).
">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
">Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
">Leadership and team management experience, mentoring junior QA engineers.
">Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
