We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our ADCI HYD 13 SEZ team in Hyderabad, TS, IND. The successful candidate will lead the definition and development of new features and optimizations for our consumer service.
Role OverviewThis is a dynamic role that requires collaboration with technical teams, software engineers, product managers, user experience designers, marketers, customer service leads, and internal/external product stakeholders across the company.
You will be responsible for managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules. Additionally, you will define KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and report to senior leadership.
Requirements- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (based on industry standards)
