We are seeking a talented professional to join our team.

This role requires working in a hybrid environment and will be based in Mumbai, India.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day activities for the team in Mumbai.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as fund administrators, investment managers, and auditors.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Play a key role in a new team, collaborating closely with colleagues in other locations.
  • Review financial statements and fund reports.
  • Execute investor capital calls and distributions.
  • Support the audit of the funds.
  • Have knowledge of fund structures and portfolio solutions to assist team members daily in query resolution and task delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of supporting procedures and be responsible for on-boarding and refresher training for team members.
  • Be able to research Investment Regulations and Fund Structures, interpret key points as they apply to the business, and summarize in a clear and succinct manner to aid training and development of the team.
