Job Title: Technical Solutions Architect

The role of a Technical Solutions Architect is pivotal in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge technical solutions. As an Application Lead, you will spearhead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to ensure that applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to understand project requirements, provide guidance to team members, and oversee the implementation of solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform efficiently.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
  • Strong educational background with a full-time education of at least 15 years.
