Job Summary

- Operate and maintain large-scale steam generation boilers with advanced SCADA/PLC systems. Monitor and log vital boiler parameters, including temperature, pressure, flow rates, and drum levels. Conduct daily flue gas analysis, feed water, and blow down water tests to ensure optimal boiler performance.- During routine inspections and maintenance activities, perform tasks such as cleaning, hydro testing, calibration, interlocks, and safety valve settings.

Required Skills

* Hold a certificate of proficiency from the state government as a Boiler Operating Engineer.* Possess emergency handling skills for power failures, plant stoppages, instrument air failures, DM water supply failures, and fuel supply failures.* Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
