Job Description

The primary goal of this position is to support the channel partner ecosystem by providing operational assistance and troubleshooting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and resolve issues related to the Nextwave partner program, including access to the partner portal, data management, and exception process handling.
  • Act as liaison for the Global Ecosystem Operations team with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales Ops, Data Governance, and IT.
  • Lead and support business process improvements and implement them effectively.
  • Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization to ensure alignment and ongoing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience managing high-volume cases using an email-based ticketing system or similar platform.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to present topics to various levels within the organization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with G-suite, ServiceNow, and SFDC platforms.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a business domain or managing a business process and being accountable to stakeholders.
