Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to the dealer network through online portal
• Conduct dealer visits to address critical customer complaints
• Prepare and share detailed visit reports within 24 hours
• Analyze high TRT (Repeat Repair) and low Battery OCV rates, perform LTSM checks, and implement corrective actions
• Develop and execute action plans for underperforming dealers to reduce dispersion
• Create monthly Cotech scorecards and share them with the network to track performance
• Share product feedback with quality teams after analyzing CIR data
• Timely escalate product liability cases and maintain accurate records
• Regularly follow up with dealer networks and area managers on OTS implementation
• Organize periodic knowledge-sharing sessions with dealer staff through conferences and on-the-job trainings
• Monitor in-house dealer training conducted by Cotech and adhere to ARES maintenance process audits

Requirements:
• BE Automobile or Mechanical degree from a recognized institution
• At least 5 years of experience in field service with Auto OEMs (4-wheeler only)
• Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
