Furniture Production Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Furniture Production Designer to join our team. As a key member of the production team, this individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful production of high-quality furniture pieces.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture design and production, with expertise in CAD software and panel optimization techniques. They will be responsible for developing detailed production drawings, generating cutting lists, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure materials meet design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop production drawings for custom furniture items, incorporating technical details, dimensions, and assembly instructions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source materials that meet design specifications and optimize material efficiency.
  • Utilize CAD software to create optimized cutting plans, minimizing waste and maximizing material usage.
  • Work closely with designers and engineers to ensure feasibility of designs from a production standpoint.
  • Communicate effectively with the production team to convey changes or requirements for the manufacturing process.
