Leadership Role: Team Supervisor

This leadership position is accountable for overseeing the daily operations of a group of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standards and financial expectations.

  • Stay up-to-date on internal work processes, policies, and procedures by attending required training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • The ability to work under pressure and deliver results while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Leadership and mentorship abilities, with a focus on team management and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.

This role requires at least one year of experience in a supervisory or leadership position within an international business process outsourcing environment.

Candidates with prior experience in a BPO setting are preferred.
