Job Opportunity in Transaction Services

Are you looking for a challenging role in Transaction Services where you can utilize your financial expertise and analytical skills to drive business growth? We are seeking a seasoned Manager with experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts
  • Prepare high-quality Transaction Services reports
  • Manage smaller assignments independently or assist on larger ones under supervision
  • Build credibility with clients and represent Transaction Services in deal discussions
  • Maintain professional networks with senior/mid-level contacts for future business opportunities
  • Support proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives
  • Manage, mentor, and provide feedback to junior staff
  • Ensure risk management and compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards
  • Contribute to team morale and a collaborative work environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant qualification
  • 5-8 years of experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel (domestic & international)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with clients
