Executive Production Manager

Job Overview
The position of General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization.
This involves ensuring a stable supply of high-quality products to various markets, as per the business plan.
Maintaining costs within budget and ensuring all product yields are within set limits is also an essential part of this role.
Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for executing production plans, monitoring shop floor activities, and coordinating with other support departments.
Other key responsibilities include establishing systems and procedures for effective manufacturing and packing controls, compliance to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and team development through multi-skilling of personnel.
To ensure operational excellence, the General Manager will implement Lean initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen at the shop floor level.
Furthermore, they will review batch production records, SOPs, and GMP documents, and ensure timely reviews and closures of investigations, deviations, change controls, and OOS events with effective CAPA implementation.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing teams and driving business growth.
