Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to join our team in Kolkata. As a key member of our design management group, you will be responsible for ensuring the development of architectural systems projects meets business, statutory, legal, and contractual requirements. Your role will also involve managing technical assurance and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage planning applications and building regulation applications.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimize working processes.
  • BUILD effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and deliverables.
  • Provide design solutions and manage developing designs as per contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with design disciplines, client personnel, and construction teams.
  • Assist in producing reporting information and attending client meetings.
  • Monitor work outputs to ensure timeliness, scope, and quality.
  • Engage with business improvement directives and contribute to net zero carbon transition initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • Experience in design coordination with multiple consultants.
  • Good knowledge of design management systems, risk management, and mitigation.
