Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of wind projects from planning to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate land acquisition, engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction activities.
  • Frequently travel to project locations to monitor progress, address site-level challenges, and ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Interface with turbine suppliers, EPC contractors, and vendors for timely delivery and installation, ensuring contract compliance and technical specifications.
  • Resolve site-level conflicts and escalate bottlenecks in a structured manner.
Reporting & Compliance
  • Track and report project KPIs, including schedule, cost, manpower, and equipment utilization.
  • Prepare regular updates and presentations for stakeholders, supporting audit and compliance requirements as needed.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Education: B Tech degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 18-22 years in project execution, with minimum 10+ years in Wind energy.
  • Strong track record of delivering wind projects (100+ MW) across multiple Indian states.
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-site teams, vendors, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to changing project needs.
