  • Regularly monitor and review agents' performance to optimize results
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue streams
  • Analyze market trends and develop targeted sales strategies to expand our customer base

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification with a strong focus on insurance or related fields
  • A minimum of 1-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
