Senior Java Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Java developer to join our team.
Job Description
The role involves participating in software development projects, designing and implementing microservices, and ensuring the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining Java applications using the Spring framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and writing efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Java (Core + Advanced)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
- Experience in RESTful API development & integration
- Good understanding of Microservices architecture
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment practices
- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Understanding of design patterns & best practices
- Basic knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes (added advantage)
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot applications
- Build and consume REST APIs for scalable applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
- Write clean, reusable, and testable code
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing
- Support application deployment and monitoring in production
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on development experience in Java + Spring Boot
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
