On-Site Maintenance Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch services and maintenance at site locations, working closely with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Plan and execute work assignments as per branch or service planner instructions.
- Accept and enter work packages against the SR WP.
- Record faults exceptions using Risk, Recommendation method.
- Estimate labour hours and parts cost for repairs.
- Perform Safety Review and Visit Review, documenting next steps.
- Consult with customers to facilitate informed buying decisions based on recommendations.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years' experience.
- Proficiency in CRM, Siebel Field Service, and Siebel Customer focused systems.
- Familiarity with Basic Crane Technical knowledge and awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
