Job Description\

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our network operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily network operations, ensuring optimal availability and performance of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Growth: Guide and inspire a team of professionals, overseeing shift schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and building a collaborative culture.\
  • Network Management: Supervise daily network operations to ensure the security and robustness of our IT infrastructure.\
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement processes to enhance network performance, strengthen security, and enable scalable operations.\
  • Cross-Location Coordination: Maintain consistent network service delivery and clear communication across locations.\
  • Client Alignment: Partner with cybersecurity and healthcare teams to ensure network services meet business goals and comply with industry standards.\
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor SLAs, conduct ticket audits, and use network performance metrics to drive improvements.\
  • Required Skills: Expertise in firewall and switch technologies, VPN and remote access, authentication and access control, routing and protocols, network monitoring and troubleshooting, virtualization, cloud technologies, operating systems, tools and platforms, scripting for automation, documentation and training delivery, and ITSM tools and SLA management.\
  • Good to Have Technologies: Network performance monitoring, DevOps integration, IoT network management, compliance frameworks, load balancing, network virtualization, AI-driven networking, and certifications.\
    • Expertise in Firewall and Switch Technologies: Fortinet firewalls (FG200F), Sophos, and D-Link switches/APs.\
    • Proficiency in VPN & Remote Access: IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, SD-WAN, BGP, MPLS, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).\
    • Experience with Authentication & Access Control: LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, Azure MFA, DUO, Okta, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Active Directory/Azure Entra ID.\
    • Advanced Knowledge of Routing & Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH, SSL/TLS, BGP, OSPF, SNMP, ARP, ICMP, and NAT.\
    • Skilled in Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Wireshark, TCP Dump, Traceroute, nslookup, Curl, PRTG Network Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana.\
    • Experience with Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and VirtualBox.\
    • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies: AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Cloud NGFW, Load Balancers, Direct Connect) and Azure (Virtual Machines, Azure AD, VNet, WebApp, Application Gateway).\
    • Advanced Administration of Operating Systems: Windows Server (2019/2022), Linux, and macOS.\
    • Expertise in Tools & Platforms: Freshservice, ManageEngine, Jenkins (CI/CD), Ansible, Panorama (centralized firewall management), Zscaler (cloud security), and Miradore (MDM).\
    • Proficiency in Scripting for Automation: Python, PowerShell, or Bash.\
    • Ability to Create Network Diagrams: SOPs, user manuals, and deliver training to teams.\
    • Skilled in ITSM Tools and SLA Management: SLA tracking, ticket prioritization, and metrics reporting using ITSM platforms.\
