The Role

In this position, you will manage administrative support to the Project Delivery, Project Engineering, and Customer Support teams, ensuring adherence to processes.

Your Impact

  • Manage, support, and coordinate project workflows to improve project efficiency.
  • Plan and manage logistics for project meetings, customer visits, trainings, and project events.
  • As a Project Manager, ensure completion of PM/PMO start-up checklist and manage projects as PM, ensuring process adherence.
  • Manage and provide support to Project Managers, including scheduling meetings, managing action items, coordination, and more.
  • Manage, update project plans, cash flow, monthly budgets, and other project-related tasks under governance guidance.
  • Work closely with other departments and vendors on project tasks.
  • Assist Project Managers in checking back-up quotes during handover and highlighting missing information.
  • Provide relevant and accurate information to management for effective decision-making.
  • Deliver training for new joiners and maintain project folders and transmittals.
  • Handle invoice notifications, follow-up for payment, and reconciliation.

    What You'll Need

    • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably in CS/IT/Electrical/Electronics; MBA is an added advantage.
    • 8-10 years of relevant experience as a Project Cost Controller/Planner/Operations Executive in the software industry.
    • Sound knowledge of MS Excel.
    • Aptitude to keep things organized and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills in English.
    • Excellent common sense and business savvy professional.
    • Experience in the utility industry or consultancy is beneficial.
    • Exposure to project environments.
    • Experience in SCADA/Automation domains is beneficial.
