About This Opportunity

At Wells Fargo, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Project Manager to join our team in Bangalore, India.

This role is a key position in our Consumer Lending Business, and we're looking for someone with a strong background in project management and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in project management and strategic planning, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance, and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement.
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication, and ongoing risk assessment.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are company-wide to support operations using organizational, strategic, institutional knowledge, and navigation to anticipate change impacts.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors, and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Project Management for both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies. Able to adapt in line with business-specific Product and Program processes.
  • Have a strong experience in stakeholder management and with advanced English communication skills.
  • Able to work with multi-national Project and Program Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, and education.
  • Able to demonstrate managing a complex and high-risk program and projects.

Job Expectations:

The role will work in support of the US EST Time Zone from 8:00am - 5:00pm and be willing to report in office during working hours.
