Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the daily operations of our store, ensuring efficient workflow and high operational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory and sales performance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of stock.
  • Manage local purchases, including cash register operations and reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Graduation preferably in commerce or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in store management in an industrial setting.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
