  • Developing and Maintaining Quality Management Systems

  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to achieve quality objectives.
  • Ensuring adherence to industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL, BIS) and customer-specific requirements for LV electrical panels.
  • Driving initiatives for process optimization, defect reduction, and quality improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis.
  • Overseeing testing procedures including dielectric tests, temperature rise tests, and short-circuit withstand tests to ensure product reliability and safety.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications and conducting supplier audits as needed.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for quality-related customer queries, complaints, and audits.
  • Maintaining accurate quality records, preparing reports, and presenting quality performance metrics to senior management.
  • Identifying potential quality risks and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate them.
