Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to oversee our daily quality assurance operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring exceptional product quality.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

They will be responsible for managing quality audits, producing quality reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance overall product quality.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in quality management, quality assurance, and quality control.

Experience with industry standards and regulatory compliance, as well as skills in conducting quality audits and producing quality reports, are essential.

Responsibilities include mentoring and building a strong QA/QC team, driving defect analysis, root cause resolution & process improvement, and overseeing supplier quality & customer complaint management.

Proficiency in using SMT, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA & 8D tools is also required.
