Job Summary
As a key member of the Hyatt Place Goa Candolim team, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the bakery department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Function as the Production Manager for all pastry and bakery products, ensuring they contribute to the overall success of outlets and banquets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production with pastry specialisation.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in a larger bakery operation.
- Good practical, operational, and administrative skills with a flair for creativity.
