Job Title: Associate Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Project Manager to join our team. As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day software delivery operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful completion of software projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance team & Development Team to ensure usability, reliability, and quality standards of products.
  • Participate in RND meetings with clients to understand business requirements.
  • Collaborate with project team to arrive at a project plan and manage daily scrum calls resolve impediments and ensure overall quality & timeline is met.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of software development & quality standards, user experience.

• Proficiency in test management and developing automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).

• Ability to operate in a changing and challenging environment.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to customers.

• Experience in working with multi-cultural teams and customers.

• Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science or Electronics.
