We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Technical Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering a coherent architecture and technology roadmap to support large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in design review and delivery of a coherent architecture and technology roadmap to support large-scale projects.
- Work with Business Analyst, change management, and IT Partners on phases of the software development lifecycle, including Requirements Analysis and Solution Design using existing technology platforms.
- Bring a good understanding of the Corporate Lending domain, specifically Loan Origination systems, and have worked in similar capacity earlier.
- Experience working on nCino system is a must.
- A strong background in Lending domain with good understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle in areas such as loan Origination is essential.
- Should have a good understanding of the gamut of commercial and SME lending products like Commercial Loans, Syndication, Mezz Finance, etc.
- Design thinking, ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, communicate in a clear non-ambiguous manner, conduct requirements workshops, drive decision making.
- Experience in documenting business cases, business process modeling, and requirement elicitation through workshops.
- Full software lifecycle development experience, preferably in agile methodology.
- Communication, group dynamics, collaboration, and continuous improvement are core – being best practice driven.
- Pro-active, quick learner, ability to effectively work in multi-cultural and multi-national teams.
- Positive attitude and ability to engage with different stakeholders managing scope and expectations skilfully.
