This vital role involves overseeing operations, managing client expectations, and leading client onboarding projects. You will also be responsible for providing guidance on complex payroll matters, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Payroll to oversee operations, manage resources, and plan project timelines.
- Client Management: Manage client expectations, ensuring their processes align seamlessly with our systems.
- Customer Implementations: Lead client onboarding projects, working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to queries and building strong relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
