**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and monitor our IT infrastructure, ensuring security and supporting enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience and be ready for an immediate start in this challenging role.

  • Manage and monitor servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux systems to meet business needs.
  • Handle user management, access control, and IT support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor system performance and apply security patches, antivirus, and backup solutions to prevent downtime.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure business continuity and success.
**Requirements**
  • 5-8 years of experience as a System/IT Administrator with a strong background in Windows & Linux environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN, and other relevant technologies.
  • Proficiency in backup & recovery tools, system monitoring, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
