Job Title

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to oversee the financial aspects of projects, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and manage project budgets, including profit-and-loss statements, cost management, and management information systems.
  • To ensure client invoicing is done accurately and on time, and to reconcile project store inventory.
  • To maintain statutory compliance, including tax compliance and audit.
  • To monitor project costs, including cost-of-goods-sold and operating expenses, and initiate control measures as necessary.
  • To participate in rate negotiation with vendors and service contractors.
  • To support individual heads in achieving targeted project profitability and assess commercial impact for out-of-scope work.
  • To prepare monthly profit-and-loss statements and budget versus actual management information system reports.
  • To manage cash inflows and outflows based on project execution plans and make timely payments to vendors.
  • To provide timely inputs to central finance on customer invoices.

Requirements:

  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
