Smart Sensor Systems Developer

We are seeking an experienced Machine Vision Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing smart AI + sensor systems that can operate in a variety of industrial settings.
About the Role:
- Design and develop machine vision systems that can detect defects in products, track inventory, and monitor equipment health.
- Develop and implement algorithms to improve the accuracy and speed of machine vision systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine vision systems with other automation technologies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sensors, automation, or machine vision.
- Knowledge of laser triangulation, ultrasonic NDT, or machine vision systems.
- Ability to design practical mechanical setups (mounts, fixtures, enclosures).
- Comfortable with Python/OpenCV/DAQ basics and PLC connections.
- Willing to get hands dirty in high-heat/industrial environments.
