Sensor & Machine Vision Engineer

We design smart, affordable AI + sensor systems that actually work on the shop floor - from measuring steel bars flying out of a rolling mill, to spotting defects in plastic pipes, to preventing theft in dispatch yards.

Every project means stepping into a new environment with new problems to crack. Designing mounts and enclosures that survive heat, vibration, and factory grit

Supporting integration with DAQ tools, PLCs, and basic OpenCV scripts

Helping with pilot deployments across customer sites in India

You can walk into a messy factory setup, design a mount, wire up a sensor, and get usable data out of it

3+ years of experience in sensors, automation, or machine vision

~ Knowledge of laser triangulation, ultrasonic NDT, or machine vision systems

~ Ability to design practical mechanical setups (mounts, fixtures, enclosures)

~ Comfortable with Python/OpenCV/DAQ basics and PLC connections

~ Willing to get hands dirty in high-heat/industrial environments

~ Based in India, with flexibility to travel for deployments

~ Available ~20 hrs/week (flexible schedule)
