Drive Business Growth as a Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to drive business growth for commercial vehicle and equipment loans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and acquire new clients for commercial vehicle and equipment loan products.
  • Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and service support.
  • Provide guidance to clients on the best loan options and financial products for their commercial vehicle or equipment needs.
  • Assist clients in the loan application process, document submission, and completion of necessary formalities.
  • Promote additional services and financial products that align with client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and the financial landscape to offer competitive and relevant solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in commercial lending or vehicle equipment financing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial loan products, including commercial vehicle loans and equipment financing.
  • Ability to assess risk and make sound financial decisions.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with loan processing systems and software.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships with diverse clients, and a strong understanding of commercial lending principles.
