Job Title: Utilities Management Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Utilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of utility systems. If you have a strong background in mechanical engineering and leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operation and maintenance of utility systems, including cooling towers, compressors, pump houses, ETP & STP, etc.
  • Oversee the implementation of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory for critical equipment to ensure operational continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to meet plant requirements.
  • Prepare reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Lead and guide a team of technicians/operators in utility operations and maintenance.
  • Cultivate knowledge of utility energy optimization and cost-saving practices.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle shift operations and respond to emergencies.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in utility equipment & mechanical maintenance.
  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
