Quality Assurance Specialist:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our AI-driven medical analysis tools.

This individual will be responsible for performing thorough manual testing, executing comprehensive test plans, and collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to understand user workflows and identify critical testing scenarios. Additionally, this person will conduct specialized testing of AI/ML outputs, validate NLP results, LLM responses, and data processing accuracy across diverse medical datasets. They will also work directly with physicians and legal teams to gather feedback and ensure our tools meet real-world quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of manual QA experience with web applications, including test case creation, execution, and defect management. Strong experience in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and exploratory testing is required. Familiarity with web technologies and ability to test applications built with modern frameworks is necessary. Experience with bug tracking and test management tools is also essential. Understanding of AI/ML concepts or strong willingness to learn, including how to validate model outputs and data processing results, is a must. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail—critical when working with medical data—are required. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.

The selected candidate will have opportunities to contribute to our testing practices as we scale and help establish QA processes and documentation standards. They will also identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools while working collaboratively with the development team to resolve issues quickly.
