Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Creative Visualizer to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for designing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and campaign goals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their graphic design skills, particularly in creating engaging visuals for web and social media platforms. You will work closely with our Social Media Head to deliver content-specific creatives that meet our branding and campaign objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing featured images for articles published on our website.
  • Creating thumbnails and social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.) that align with our branding and campaign goals.
  • Collaborating with the Social Media Head to develop content-specific creatives for dedicated pages (anime, fandoms, movies, gaming).
  • Ensuring designs are optimized for web and social platforms.
  • Staying up-to-date with trends in entertainment, anime, and gaming to produce fresh, engaging visuals.
  • Maintaining consistency in design style across different platforms while tailoring visuals for specific audiences.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in graphic designing with a strong portfolio (web and social media assets preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
  • Ability to design engaging thumbnails and creatives optimized for social media platforms.
  • A basic understanding of our coverage – Hollywood entertainment, anime, fandoms, and gaming.
  • A strong sense of color contrast, composition, and typography.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
Nice to Have

Prior experience working with entertainment, pop culture, or media brands would be beneficial. Familiarity with memes and internet culture can also help make content more relatable.
