Job Overview

The Application Support Engineer is a key role responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining access control systems software and hardware across the globe.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Product Support: Provide configuration support for access control systems, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and provide remote support to internal clients.
  • Application Server Support: Install and configure security system applications on servers, monitor application services 24/7, and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Other Responsibilities: Respond to emergency service calls, involve team members in decision-making, act independently, report to senior management, and participate in departmental meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experience with access control systems, including installation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of CCURE 9000, CCURE GO software, and related hardware, as well as enterprise CCTV systems.
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating systems and SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, technical troubleshooting, and communication skills are required.
  • A motivated self-starter with multitasking abilities is essential.

Working Hours

The staff will work in shifts, including night shifts, with 9 hours a day, 5 days a week.
