Business Analyst Role

This is a key position within our organization that focuses on business operations.

  • The role will involve supporting operational efficiency through data analysis and report generation.
  • It will also require maintaining software scripts, Excel templates, and performing ad-hoc projects based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process multiple reports within defined timelines and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy.
  2. Maintain existing scripts & incorporate changes as necessary.
  3. Maintain documentation of all processes/reports created.
  4. Manage/Improve controls and validations of assigned activities.
  5. Transform complex data sets into end-user reports.
  6. Perform and deliver on ad-hoc business analysis based on business requests.
  7. Understand the business and processes end-to-end for business discussions.
  8. Explore opportunities to drive efficiency in operations by automating reports/processes and eliminating redundant activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive SAS expertise with use of SAS Macro and PROC SQL.
  • BCA/BSc. IT or B. Tech/BE (CS/IT) degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Excel knowledge.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting complex and matrixed businesses.
  • Highly organized, motivated, self-directed individual with cohesive team attitude.
  • Client-focused with strong prioritization skills.
