Job Description

With a strong background in retail, the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA for retail. This includes a deep understanding of business processes and systems to identify and resolve complex issues.

We are seeking a quality assurance tester to focus on accounts payable and inventory management, ensuring the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • GR/IR Reconciliation: Validate invoice postings, exception handling, and ensure accuracy by verifying that all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
  • P2P Flows: Test procure-to-pay processes including purchase requisitions, orders, and vendor payments to ensure seamless transactional flow.
  • SAP Tables Validation: Conduct backend validation of MSEG, BSEG, MARA tables and reconciliation logic to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Test Cases Execution: Execute test cases for batch jobs, document types, and pricing configurations to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Tool Proficiency: Possess experience with JIRA, Rally, and SQL for test tracking and data validation.
  • Retail-Specific Flows: Demonstrate familiarity with DC-to-store deliveries and site-based rules to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment.
  • Time Management: Exhibit self-motivation and time management skills to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This is a tester position, not a lead role, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
