IT Infrastructure Management Professional">

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT infrastructure management professional to oversee the entire company-wide IT setup, including planning, implementing, and maintaining office systems, networks, and security protocols. This individual will play a key role in ensuring optimal uptime, scalability, and performance of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement company-wide IT infrastructure for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and execute complete IT setup for new offices, including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, printer/scanner setup, and IT asset procurement.
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support to internal users, managing tickets and ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, firewalls, switches) to ensure secure and stable network connectivity across departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensuring proper tracking, warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and periodic audits.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, ISP support, and managed services.
  • Ensure cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, antivirus, backup strategies, and data protection policies are implemented and followed.
  • Manage installation, configuration, and updates of business software, monitoring license usage and renewals.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolution logs, generating regular IT performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments
  • Hands-on experience with networking tools and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration
  • Knowledge of IT asset management tools and ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools, firewalls, and backup solutions
  • Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead small IT teams
