Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring network systems, diagnosing issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Continuously monitor network performance and system alerts using various monitoring tools.
- Analyze network traffic patterns and identify potential issues.
- Ensure all systems and networks operate at peak performance levels.
- Respond promptly to network incidents and alerts, working to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in detail.
- Support the configuration and management of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Work closely with other IT teams to coordinate responses to complex network issues.
- Participate in shift rotations to provide 24/7 network support coverage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
