Investment Banking Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Investment Banking Team as a Managing Director / Director – Investment Banking & Head of Technology Sector Coverage.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on ECM (Equity Capital Markets) and Technology sectors, with a proven track record of delivering value-driven solutions to clients across multiple sectors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporates, financial investors, sovereign funds, and government bodies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to build talent depth and team capability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal governance during all transactions.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Minimum 10 years of Investment Banking experience, with a strong focus on ECM and Technology sectors.
- Extensive industry network with proven stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
- Experience managing complex, large-scale transactions.
