We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive product and technology programs in our organization. As a TPM, you will manage high-priority, high-profile projects and work closely with engineering and product leaders to achieve critical goals.

In this role, you will own the successful delivery of large, cross-functional programs by leveraging your technical expertise to develop detailed plans, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely launches. You will also manage multiple concurrent projects, develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders, and drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps and releases.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a solid track record of program management, excellent technical, leadership, organizational, and communication skills. You will also need to be able to build collaborations and create a community of leadership, and have experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, and external clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Own successful delivery of large, high-impact, and highly cross-functional programs
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs
  • Develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders
  • Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs
  • Provide reporting on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of full-time technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team
  • B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs
  • Demonstrated success driving the development program of world-class online products
  • Significant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, individual contributors, and external clients
  • Able to build collaborations and create a community of leadership
