Job Opportunity

The Head of Quality and Sustainability will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's quality standards and sustainability goals, ensuring alignment with international norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Quality Leadership: Serve as the voice of quality within the leadership team, influencing decision-making to drive quality outcomes.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Develop and maintain partnerships with global quality leaders to deploy best-in-class quality systems.
  • Quality Strategy Development: Craft and execute the quality strategy, vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective quality management systems (QMS) for the region.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements applicable to the organization.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive initiatives to enhance quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

Sustainability & ESG Execution:

  • Localize and implement the company's sustainability and ESG framework in India, aligning with global priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Indian environmental regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and ESG reporting norms.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, quality management, environment science, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in quality, sustainability, or EHS roles, preferably across multiple industries (e.g., manufacturing, automotive, automation, etc.). At least 5 years in a leadership role in a multinational organization.
