As a senior quality assurance professional, you will lead the testing efforts on our project sprints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive test plans and execute them with precision
  • Develop and implement test cases, review requirements, and prepare test data to drive testing efforts
  • Presentation of sprint demos and documentation as per project needs is expected
  • Gather requirements, review requirements, and actively participate in grooming calls to drive testing roadmap
  • Active involvement in all scrum events to ensure smooth delivery
  • Candidates should have hands-on experience of 4+ years in software testing, manual as well as 1+ years of experience in automation development scripting using C# selenium or playwright
  • Proficiency in preparing test plans, test cases, automation test scripts, and reviewing requirements and specification documents
  • In-depth knowledge of testing concepts & methodology to drive testing efforts
  • Ability to work independently and transform test scenarios developer described functionality to test automation suites
  • Exposure to load/performance test tools and tools to visualize performance test results in an actionable format
  • Preferred practical experience with Azure or other Cloud providers
  • Preferred knowledge/experience of Agile Scrum framework and Azure DevOps
  • Experience working on Selenium or playwright, VSTS, using C#
  • Expertise in developing test automation scripts for functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing of web-based applications
  • Experience working with test management tools, test automation tools, and test approach (BDD/TDD)
  • Handling production releases/issues with expertise
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive, and flexible to work on multiple projects
  • Analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
