Back End Developer Role

The company is looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to collaborate with our R&D group on developing and delivering the enablement platform for media experiences.

Key responsibilities include designing, planning, and implementing new features and capabilities for the microservices backend.

  • Plan and develop the platform's architecture.
  • Ensure quality software delivery through automated component testing, E2E testing, and performance testing.

Success in this role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering from a reputable university.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Software/Backend Engineer in Python.
  • Strong understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases, data modeling solutions, scalability, and performance.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and message queues.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Bonus qualifications include:

  • Experience with CI/CD environments.
  • Infrastructure as Code development using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Awareness of Agile methodologies.
