Job Description

This role involves serving as the key liaison between Environmental Health & Safety business function and IT, driving end-to-end management of EH&S-related IT projects. The successful candidate will perform business analysis to translate EH&S needs into IT requirements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing EH&S IT projects from requirement gathering to delivery. This includes acting as single point of contact for EH&S business function and IT, overseeing incident, request, and release management activities for EH&S applications, and monitoring service performance to ensure SLA adherence.

Additionally, the selected candidate will collaborate with global process owners to ensure alignment of local needs with global standards. They will also coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems.
  • Experience in project management and good understanding of ITIL practices.
  • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in global environments with multiple business units and process owners.
