Customer Experience Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Transformation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative customer experience solutions using Amazon Connect.

About the Role:

  • Design and build customized agent desktops and experiences using Amazon Connect features such as Agent Workspace, Cases, Tasks, Contact Lens, Wisdom, Optimization, Amazon Q in Connect, Voice ID, and Connect Data Lake.
  • Create Proof of Concept for new features released with Amazon Connect and develop prototypes for business scenarios using Amazon Connect features.
  • Develop automations and accelerators using Amazon Connect based integrations with CRM, ticketing tools, and 3rd party applications.
  • Collaborate with presales teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and customer questionnaire through expert inputs related to Amazon Connect solution design considerations, transformation solutions, architectures, usage pricing, implementation, and support pricing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT industry with focus on Contact Center technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Connect and AWS ecosystem constituting Cognitive CX.
  • Expertise in design and implementation of Call back, IVR, routing strategies, CRM integration, and conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex.
  • Experience in integrating social and other digital media channels with Amazon Connect chat.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
