Oracle HCM Payroll Expert

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in functional roles for Human Capital Management applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require at least 15 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • A strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management is essential.
  • The ideal candidate must have successfully completed multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations.
  • Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation Certification is mandatory for this position.
  • A proven track record in configuring fast formulas and payroll costing setups is required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary.
  • You will work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, and Production Support.
