Novac Technology Solutions is a leading fintech company dedicated to innovation and customer satisfaction. We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in the fintech industry to lead projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building websites and customer portals, creating loan and deposit journeys, and launching successful digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to guide product development in the fintech space.
  • Lead the process of building websites and customer portals from scratch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate across departments to define and prioritize business needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations.
  • Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and wireframes to facilitate clear communication and successful project outcomes.
  • Utilize JIRA for effective project tracking and management, ensuring timely delivery of fintech solutions.
  • Provide creative, data-driven solutions to complex business challenges, leveraging your understanding of banking products and digital journeys.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the fintech industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking products and processes, with hands-on experience in the banking sector or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build customer portals and websites from the ground up, with a focus on user experience and functionality.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in tools like JIRA, wireframing software, and BRD creation.
