Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools, Microsoft suite administration, and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.

  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • Produce regular performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management.
  • Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects with the development team.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Install, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applications, following industry best practices and quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of technology support experience, with a strong background in infrastructure administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools, preferably in a hybrid or cloud environment.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration, Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Powershell, Python, and JavaScript, as well as API integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose complex problems into manageable components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
